New cruise terminal for Royal Caribbean in Galveston, Texas at their Terminal 3 location. Project includes waiting areas for guests, a VIP lounge, security checkpoints along with a CBP area for holding and interviewing as well as a break room with offices. Sitework includes all new utilities with an underground electrical ductbank and new fiberglass sanitary lift station. Structural elements include Augercast piles and Insulated Tilt-Up Panels with Tex-Cote. Other notable elements include a series of wall coverings and tiling to heighten the level of finishes, Thyssenkrupp Escalators, a Media TV Recessed Screen System in the VIP Lounge as well as a 2000 kW Generator for 24HR use.
