THE BOSCH GROUP

The Bosch Group was founded in 1999 by Maria B. Bosch, CFCC, CCP, PSP, an AACE Certified Forensic Claims Consultant, a Planning and Scheduling Professional and a Certified Cost Professional, which also holds a State of Florida Certified General Contractors License since 1990, with the intent of serving South Florida.  Since then, and now 20 years later, the Company has become a recognized leader in National and International Construction Management, Project Controls, Construction Litigation Support and Expert Witness Services for a large diversity of Projects. The Bosch Group has worked throughout the continental United States, Europe, South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

 

We provide a wide range of construction management services including; Program Management, Project Management, Construction Expert Witnesses, Litigation Support, Construction Claims Preparation & Analysis, Dispute Avoidance, Cost Estimating, Scheduling and Owner Representation since 1999. We have worked with Law firms, Public Agencies, Municipalities, Developers, Architectural and Engineering firms, and private Owners on projects ranging from $100,000 to $500,000,000.

Maria is an internationally prominent Construction Management Expert and holds a Master in Construction Management. She has been a State of Florida Certified General Contractor since 1990. She has been Certified Internationally by AACE International, a leading accredited organization. Her certifications include a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC) certificate, A Planning, and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certificate and a Certified Cost Consultant (CCP) certificate from AACE. Ms. Bosch has over 30 years of experience working as a leader in the Design and Construction Management Fields.

Darlene has experience in Architecture, Engineering Disciplines and Construction Management holds a Master's Degree in Architecture and a Master's Degree in Construction Management. Prior to joining The Bosch Group, Darlene served as Executive Vice President for two multimillion-dollar Construction Companies. Her expertise in contract management, claims preparation and analysis, her bidding and negotiation skills, and her litigation support knowledge, has been an asset to The Bosch Group.

Andres Carballido

Senior Estimator

Andres joined The Bosch Group as an Estimator and Project Coordinator. He has over 20 years of experience in the Design and Construction Administration fields. Prior to joining The Bosch Group, he worked for a National Architectural firm and brought technology, diversity and experience for the tasks required by the company, which include Construction Administration support, Estimating using CAD, and field Supervision.  His attention to detail has been an asset for the Company in its Claims and Deficiency Reviews efforts and Administration of Projects.

Matthew joined the company over 5 years ago, with a significant set of skills that expands from Environmental and Sustainable Construction to Construction Management, Cost Estimating and Project Coordination and Management. Matthew holds a degree in Environmental Sciences and Sustainability.

Daniel Borja

Project Coordinator / Estimator

A recent Graduate of Architecture and Design, Daniel joined the company over one year ago. Daniel in such a short time has demonstrated he possesses the type of leadership and skills set required of the Construction Administration and Construction Estimating Department, and as such has demonstrated to be an asset to The Bosch Group. Daniel is currently pursuing a dual Master's in Architecture and Construction Management.

Chief Administrative Officer

As the team’s Business Administrator and Marketing Strategist, she is responsible for the Document Control of all Construction Management Documentation as well as being a support to our Construction Claims Analysts. With a Business Administration Degree, Kristine provides the support needed by the firm’s teams as well as providing the day to day office management of The Bosch Group.
