The Bosch Group was founded in 1999 by Maria B. Bosch, CFCC, CCP, PSP, an AACE Certified Forensic Claims Consultant, a Planning and Scheduling Professional and a Certified Cost Professional with the intent of serving South Florida. Originally, our core competencies were focused in a wide variety of Construction Management Services but since 2021, the company has evolved into one of the premier firms for Cost Consulting. The company continues to grow steadily under the leadership of Matthew Mecsery, CEP, Principal, and an internationally Certified Cost Estimate Professional with AACE.

Sr. Cost Estimator

Matthew, Principal and Senior Construction Cost Estimator, brings extensive expertise in cost estimation, project analysis, and construction management, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently. Matthew has over 11 years of experience and contributions to numerous projects, he possesses a deep understanding of design and construction industries. As a Principal of The Bosch Group, Matthew drives overall company performance while delivering precise and innovative cost estimating solutions to ensure project success. He combines a diverse background in public and private sector projects, providing strategic insights and reliable financial forecasting. Collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and contractors, his hands-on leadership and comprehensive knowledge make him a trusted authority in construction cost estimation

Project Manager

Andres is a seasoned Construction Cost Estimator with over 15 years’ experience. He excels in performing detailed quantity take offs and analyzing plans. Proficient in tools like Bluebeam, CAD, and Proest, he streamlines cost estimation processes and collaborates with our leaders to provide accurate cost estimations.
