An addition to the existing Northeast Highschool for BCPS which includes a new Main
Building and Flex Lab. This project includes renovating all interiors of Building 12 along
with some exterior work, as well as renovating the HVAC for Building 7.TBG provided
cost estimating services for several phases of design including Design Development and Construction Documents.
