Educational Facilities

We have provided cost estimating services and consultation for a variety of educational facilities from middle schools to universities, both domestic and abroad. Below are some examples of the types of projects we have consulted for.

Centennial Village - University of Miami

Four new residential dormitory towers which replace the existing freshman towers at University of Miami. Towers have connecting bridges. This prRenovation of existing site, waterfront as well as another existing dormitory.

GGG High School

A new three-story high school located in Naples, FL which includes an array of fields and courts. Interiors include a theater with operable partitions for flexibility of use and a lunch area that is a centrally-located open space for ease of mobility and seating.

Brickell World School

A new construction seven-story school in Brickell. Included in the project is a roof-top basketball court and gym area. This modern school also provides the benefit of integrated workforce housing.

Cypress Bay High School

New construction for an additional building of the existing Cypress Bay High School. Existing portables were removed and replaced with a three-story classroom building of approximately 88,950 SF.

Dr. Mike Adenuga Jr School of Engineering

New construction of an engineering school located in the American University of Nigeria.

Cultural Center at Brighton

A new cultural center for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, located in Brighton Seminole Reservation, Florida.
