A new cruise terminal at the Port of Miami, featuring two separate terminal buildings with a connecting road. This project also includes 7 story vertical garage. The two-terminal building layout allows for ease of embarking and disembarking for passengers. Temporary sleeping quarters is also provided for cruise pilots, and VIP lounges improve comfort for guests. TBG provided Cost Estimating Services for a preliminary, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Estimate.
