Ms. Bosch is a Certified Forensic Claims Consultant (CFCC), Certified Cost Consultant (CCC) and a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) with AACE International, the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering. Ms. Bosch is also a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and holds a Master Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. With over 26 years of combined Construction Management, Design and Cost Consulting experience, she has been responsible for the past 15 years of the Analysis and management of numerous Construction Claims related to Dade County Public School projects, Scheduling and Cost Consultant for Miami Dade College, as well as Consultant for private clients such as Developers and Contractors.
Ms. Bosch has worked as Program Manager and Project Manager for various public and private projects, including a $23 million 450-unit luxury multi-family complex in Pembroke Pines, FI. And a $26 million luxury multi-family and marina complex in Ft. Lauderdale, FI. As well as government related buildings, infrastructure and transportation projects. Ms. Bosch and her team have served as cost consultants for the Miami Intermodal Center Projects (MIC), which included a $200 million Rental Car Facility, a $15 million Tri-Rail Station and a $14 million MIA Connector Station for the Automated People Mover among other projects. As a State Licensed General Contractor she is qualified in the coordination, contract management and inspection on construction projects.

Ms. Mecsery has over 28 years of experience in various aspects of Architecture, Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management support services. She has served as a Owners Field Representative for Dade County Public Schools on the simultaneous construction of four different schools. For the past 7 years she has worked as a Claims Analyst for numerous Dade County School Projects as well as for private projects, evaluating Construction Contract documents, drawings and specifications for the determination of entitlement on numerous construction claims. As Contract Coordinator for a 376 unit, $26 million multifamily project and marina complex in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Ms. Mecsery provided cost estimating and bidding coordination support, bid tabulation and constructability review as well as technical assistance with value engineering efforts. Ms. Mecsery also provided project close-out cost auditing for a $23 million dollar multifamily residential project in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Recently she served as cost estimator for the Miami Intermodal Center Projects, including a $200 million rental car facility, a $15 million Tri-rail Station and A $14 million MIA Connector Station for the Automate People Mover at the Miami International Airport. Ms. Mecsery is competent in the analysis of change orders and claims and her organizational skills and forensic document control capabilities are an asset in litigation support services.

Mr. Remedios is a graduate Architect, licensed in Madrid, Spain (1990-1992). He also holds a Master Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. In addition, Mr. Remedios is a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) with AACE International. He has over 30 years of experience in Architecture and Construction Management, currently serving as Sr. Claims Analyst, Sr. Cost Estimator and Sr. Scheduler for numerous public school projects, commercial projects, private developments and governmental projects which include transportation and airport projects. He has also served as estimator of hard-bid multi-million dollar Dade County Public School projects for a local General Contracting firm. His training and experience have allowed him to perform the duties of various positions within the industry, including Architect, Superintendent and Project Manager. His expertise excels in the areas of research and analysis of construction documents, contract management issues, scheduling, cost estimating and cost control. He recently served as Sr. Cost Estimator / Cost Consultant for the Miami Intermodal Projects (MIC), for the Design Development estimates of a $200 million Rental Car Facility, a $15 million Tri-Rail Station, a $14 million MIA Connector Station for the Automated People Mover, and a $58 million dollar MIC Central Station Connector for all the transportation modes, including Intercity Bus Depots and Metromover Stations which are to be built for the Miami International Airport.

Recognized as one of the electrical industry's top leaders in the South Florida area, particularly skilled in the intricate details of the National Electrical Code, resulting in electrical building departments enforcing safe wiring design & installations by electrical designers and contractors. Field experience spanning all aspects of the electrical industry including electrical systems and inspections of condominiums, condo-hotel resorts, transportation facilities, emergency generators, office buildings, schools, gas stations, restaurants, motor controls, factories, warehouses, retail outlets.
